About
And then built a business helping other men do the same.
I spent over 30 years owning and running businesses. From hospitality, co-owning a pub that won 3AW Pub of the Year, to more than a decade as a Ray White real estate principal, building a business alongside my wife. From the outside, everything looked exactly right.
Behind the performance, I was quietly disappearing. A diagnosis of depression and anxiety became the moment I could no longer look away. I said no to medication and yes to doing the hardest thing I'd ever done, auditing my own life with the same rigour I'd applied to my business.
What came out of that process became my coaching and speaking practice, built specifically for men in midlife navigating the gap between the life they built and the life they actually want. I also channelled that journey into my Amazon bestselling book, Climbing the Happy Hill.
I built a career, lost myself in it, and found my way back. Not through a program, through doing the hard, uncomfortable, necessary work of asking who I actually was beneath everything I'd been performing. That experience is why everything here exists: to walk alongside men through the one journey that actually changes things. The inward one.
Amazon Bestseller
The honest account of building a life that looked right from the outside, the identity collapse, the reckoning, and finding the way back to a life that actually is. The book I wish someone had handed me twenty years earlier.
"I built everything I was supposed to build. And one day I looked up and realised I'd built it for someone else."
